Our beautiful British Rosé Veal is produced from Holstein bull calves, compassionately and sensitively reared on our farm in Daventry.
Committed to the highest standards of animal welfare, we raise our veal calves for eight months on thick, straw bedding in loose housed, social groups, and feed them using a newly-developed nutritional, fibre-based feed.
This balanced diet ensures that the meat is a healthy, rosy pink colour, naturally very low in saturated fat, delicate in flavour, but also wonderfully tender and high in Omega 3.
Whether you want a delicious veal escalope, osso bucco, veal burgers, calves liver, or a veal roasting joint, our veal is a healthy, tasty and delicious meat, ideally suited to all the family.
